My promotion to Captain in the Air Force. My boss, Col. Keith Betsch, is administering the Oath of Office to me.

Debi and Col. Betsch are removing my old rank, and placing my new rank of office on my uniform.

Here's the final picture, taken right after I became a Captain. I'm thanking Debi because she earned the promotion too -- she's the one who has to put up with all the phone calls in the middle of the night, exercises, business trips and deployments.
